Our Yoga Studio
“Purna” means “complete,” and Purna Yoga distills and integrates the vast aspects of yoga into an invaluable set of tools for transformation and healing. It offers more than just exercise. . . because you are more than just a body. You have a body, but you also have aspirations, dreams, relationships, careers, finances, and many other facets of your life. World-renowned yoga master Aadil Palkhivala and renowned meditation and Kundalini master Savitri envisioned a system that nurtures the whole You to help you feel more alive and to shine your light into the world. They founded Purna Yoga to fulfil that dream.
Our Yoga Studio
Hailing from the Austrian alps, in 1994 Nicola’s pursuit of finding her place led her towards extensive travels, ultimately discovering yoga in Guatemala in 2001. As she ventured to various countries such as Mexico, Costa Rica, Canada, and Spain, yoga became her constant companion. A turning point arrived 2003-09 when she wholeheartedly embraced her first teacher training in Barcelona and met her future Finnish husband. Fascinated by prenatal yoga during pregnancy in 2007, her journey eventually led her to relocate to Helsinki, where she stumbled upon Purna Yoga Helsinki founded by Tove Palmgren—a studio that ignited her true calling. Since 2017 she has lived as an entrepreneur, a dedicated student, and a passionate teacher, cherishing the perpetual expedition that lies ahead.

Our team of highly knowledgeable and passionate teachers are certified at the 500-hour level and go through rigorous recertification every year to ensure our students' safety and be updated by the newest yoga science.
