Prenatal Yoga

A gentle, supportive class for pregnancy (weeks 14–40), designed to ease physical tension, calm the mind, and build confidence for birth. Includes breathwork and movement tailored to each stage of pregnancy.

Gentle Yoga

Purna Foundations

Build a base for your practice. LEVEL 1



Perfect for newcomers, this class introduces foundational yoga postures and principles, fostering confidence and safety on the mat.

Intermediate Exploration

Deepen your practice and understanding. LEVEL 2


For those with at least two years of regular practice, this class offers a chance to explore more complex postures and concepts.

Yin Yoga

Stillness. Depth. Release. ALL LEVELS


A slow, meditative practice targeting deep connective tissue. Supported poses, held , restore mobility, calm the mind, and invite deep release.

Postnatal Yoga

Restore. Rebuild. Reconnect. ALL LEVELS


A gentle class supporting recovery after birth. Combining restorative poses, breathwork, and strengthening exercises to help you realign and recharge during early motherhood.

For mums & babies (6 weeks – 9 months). All equipment provided.

Level 1
Level 1 classes are ideal for beginners, they guide you slowly through many basic yoga asanas. While it is suitable for beginners, it is also for those working with an injury (tell the teacher first!) and more seasoned practitioners. Many advanced students return again and again to a beginners class to work on the finer points of alignment in basic postures. Focus will be on safety and alignment, and making the beginner more comfortable and familiar with common yoga postures, series and sequences.

Level 1-2
This class is for students who have practiced yoga on a regular weekly basis for at least one year, and are ready to move on from the beginners level.

Level 2
Level 2 classes are for intermediate students and they assume a working knowledge of yoga. Your teacher expects the student to understand and execute the basic points of alignment, even if modifications are taken in it. The postures are taught with refinement on the basics, to begin to work with the energetics of the asana. 

All Levels
A mix of everything from above! In classes which are marked as “All” every level of practitioner is welcome.
