This is private, one-to-one guidance for women who sense that their symptoms are meaningful —
and who are ready to listen rather than manage.

Rooted in Purna Yoga and informed by 25 years of embodied practice, this work brings together yoga, meditation, and lifestyle inquiry to support women at hormonal thresholds during perimenopause  and menopause.
 

Not to “fix” the body —
but to re-orient life around what the body is asking for now.

What This 3-Month Guidance Includes

Duration: 3 months
Format: Private, one-to-one (in person & online)

6 private sessions (75–90 minutes each)

  • 3 in person

  • 3 on Zoom

Each session includes:

  • Adapted Purna Yoga practice

  • Meditation to cultivate listening and clarity

  • Lifestyle and rhythm inquiry

  • Integration focus — what needs to shift now

Between sessions:

  • Light email or voice-note support

  • Simple, realistic practice suggestions
    (no overwhelm, no performance)

This is a contained process — designed to interrupt patterns, restore perspective, and create clarity.

About Nicola

This guidance is held by Nicola, yoga teacher and teacher-trainer, with over 25 years of personal yoga practice and decades of experience supporting women through physical, emotional, and life transitions.

Her work is grounded, practical, and deeply respectful of the body’s intelligence — combining classical yoga wisdom with lived experience.
