In a private class....
The focus is on your individual body – getting more deeper insights on how you can improve your body’s alignments and get even more out of your yoga practice.
The focus is also on your goals. Defining motivational goals is a highly individual process – what motivated me to hop on my yoga mat, might be something that glues you on the corner of your couch. In a private session together, we can discuss what motivates you and define your personal (and thus powerful) reasons to keep practicing.
Private lessons are beneficial for everyone.
But we have also found them to add a little something especially when your life situation changes due to pregnancy, injuries, health issues or other new important events in your life.
Our teacher are experts in their field of yoga therapy, stress release and finding a spiritual connection. They are also loving and caring people who teach with their minds and hearts open.
