Through Heartfull Meditation and the timeless teachings explored in these courses, we cultivate the qualities that support a meaningful life: presence, sincerity, courage, gratitude, trust, and inner peace.

There comes a point in practice when we begin to seek something more.

Beyond the physical postures, beyond relaxation, beyond techniques, we begin to ask deeper questions: How can I live with greater peace? How can I meet life's challenges with more clarity and trust? How can I stay connected to what truly matters?
Inspired by the wisdom of The Sunlit Path by The Mother and supported by the practice of Heartfull Meditation, these two 9-week courses offer a practical exploration of inner growth and conscious living.

Together we will explore themes such as aspiration, presence, faith, gratitude, courage, peace, and joy—not as abstract spiritual concepts, but as qualities that can be cultivated and embodied in everyday life.
Each session includes guided meditation, reflection on selected teachings, group discussion, and practical insights to support your personal practice.

Course 1: Discovering the Inner Life
A 9-week journey into meditation, self-awareness, and the foundations of inner growth.
This course explores the essential qualities that support a deeper meditation practice: aspiration, concentration, receptivity, sincerity, patience, and faith. It is an invitation to slow down, listen inwardly, and develop a more conscious relationship with yourself and your life.

Course 2: Living the Sunlit Path
A 9-week journey into transformation, conscious living, and the wisdom of the heart.
Building upon many of the themes introduced in the first course, we explore how meditation can support us in relationships, communication, decision-making, personal challenges, and our search for meaning and purpose. Together we investigate how spiritual practice can become a living force in everyday life.
The courses may be taken individually, although Course 1 is recommended for those new to this work.
Who Are These Courses For?​
These courses are intended for students who already have an established yoga or meditation practice and who are interested in exploring the deeper dimensions of yoga.

They are particularly suitable for:​

✅ Graduates of 200-hour yoga teacher trainings
✅ Long-term yoga practitioners
✅ Meditation practitioners
✅ Spiritual seekers looking for a grounded and practical approach to inner growth​

While no previous experience with Heartfull Meditation or the teachings of The Mother is required, participants should feel comfortable sitting for meditation and engaging in self-reflection and group discussion.
These courses are not intended as an introduction to meditation. Rather, they offer an opportunity to deepen an existing practice and explore timeless teachings in a supportive community of like-minded practitioners.

The Sunlit Path is ultimately an exploration of how we can bring greater awareness, peace, sincerity, and joy into the ordinary moments of daily life.

What is Heartfull Meditation?
Heartfull Meditation is a gentle practice of feeling, listening, and softening into the heart space.
Rather than trying to “empty the mind,” we reconnect with the body and light in the heart centre, allowing inner clarity and peace to arise naturally.​
