The Self-Liberating
Power of the Heart ❤️
9-Week Meditation Course:
Awaken clarity, inner strength, and freedom through heart-centered meditation.
Discover a meditation journey that meets you exactly where you are — whether you’re completely new to meditation or have practiced for many years. Over nine weeks, we explore the heart not as emotion, but as your deepest inner guide. Together we dive into essential yoga philosophy, including the Four Purusharthas, and learn practical tools to cultivate alignment, joy, intuition, and inner freedom.
You can join this course online via Zoom or in person at the studio in a small group (places are limited).
Each class begins with a short, gentle asana practice to prepare the body and nervous system. We then continue with a guided discussion and reflection on the weekly theme, and close with a 20-minute Heartfull Meditation.
This layered approach allows both beginners and experienced meditators to deepen their practice in a grounded, accessible way.
What you’ll experience:
✅ Heartfull meditation techniques
✅ Practical yoga philosophy & weekly themes
✅ Gentle asana to release tension and create presence

What is Heartfull Meditation?
Heartfull Meditation is a gentle practice of feeling, listening, and softening into the heart space.
Rather than trying to “empty the mind,” we reconnect with the body and light in the heart centre, allowing inner clarity and peace to arise naturally.
The class begins with a tailored asana practice to prepare the body, followed by seated meditation to support stillness and focus.

What to expect from our Heartfull Meditation courses?
First of all – don’t worry, you won’t be asked to meditate for the whole hour. Every class has an engaging topic that easily relates to everyday life situations. There’s always room for thoughts and comments from the participants and a short discussion. Each student focuses on the issue and is gently guided on how to use meditation to solve it.
This is your space to sit quietly, take time to consciously look at what upsets you from a different angle and bring attention to solutions. Reflect on how you act in everyday situations and find support within the group and the teacher.
