Hello!
I’m a certified yoga teacher with 350 hours of training and a deep passion for pregnancy and the journey that follows. With a curious spirit, I love to travel, snowboard, swim, engage in meaningful conversations, and connect with nature. I'm also a proud mother to a three-year-old—and a charming little Yorkshire terrier.
I started my yoga journey in 2011 while I was living and working in South Korea. It was truly fascinating and mysterious, which ignited my curiosity to learn more. To follow this passion, I traveled to India in 2012 to complete my 200-hour teacher training. Additionally, I studied Reiki and Ayurveda as well. I never envisioned myself as a teacher, but rather as a practitioner; however, life had different plans for me, and yoga philosophy has guided my life journey and those around me throughout the years. Furthermore, it has led me to delve into the holistic world, which is incredibly captivating and filled with numerous opportunities.
Moreover, during my first pregnancy, I wanted to explore this field further, so I studied to provide support for pregnancy and postpartum recovery through Birthlight. I also learned about baby massage and toddler yoga and I love it!
In addition to yoga, I have a strong passion for education and working with children of various ages. I earned a Master of Arts in Intercultural Teacher Education from Oulu University, where I focused on multiculturalism and special needs education.
At Purna Yoga Helsinki I am teaching prenatal and postnatal yoga and study to be a Purna Yoga teacher.
