A joyful practice for you and your baby
Our Mum & Baby Yoga classes offer a beautiful opportunity to connect with your baby through movement, touch, play, and relaxation.
Based on the Birthlight approach, these classes are designed to support your baby's natural development while nurturing the special bond between parent and child. Through gentle movements, songs, interactive yoga-inspired activities, and moments of rest, you will learn simple practices that can be enjoyed both in class and at home.
Baby Yoga is not about teaching babies yoga poses. It is about supporting the developmental journey of infancy through loving interaction, movement, rhythm, and communication. As babies grow and discover new abilities, they thrive on opportunities to move, explore, and connect.
Each class includes:

Gentle baby yoga movements appropriate for your baby's developmental stage

Activities that support rolling, sitting, crawling, balance, and coordination

Rhymes, songs, and playful interaction

Relaxation for both parent and baby

Simple postnatal stretches and self-care for mums

A welcoming community of parents and babies

The class also provides a valuable space to slow down and enjoy quality time together. As you learn to observe and respond to your baby's cues, communication and connection naturally deepen.
No previous yoga experience is required. All babies develop at their own pace, and every class honours the uniqueness of each child.
Suitable for
Babies aged 4–12 months together with a parent or caregiver.
We welcome babies at different developmental stages and offer variations to suit each baby’s individual needs.

Come as you are. Feed, cuddle, change nappies, and respond to your baby whenever needed. This is a relaxed and baby-friendly space where both parent and child are welcome.

Price: 152€
(if you have an expired card from prenatal yoga you can use the credits for 10€ per class)
