The workshop is designed to bring openness and mobility into all areas of your hips and understanding the major reasons why the lower back is in a constant state of tension.
You will begin to warm up your hips with the Purna Yoga Hip Opening Series designed by our teacher Aadil Palkhivala. This sequence will give you a clear understanding of the areas in your hips that need opening and others that need balance. With that understanding, you will continue with powerful, simple and effective poses that will create further freedom in your hips and sooth your lower back. As a result your every day chores will feel easier.
You will also be able to look at the possibility to address emotional blockages deeply rooted in the pelvic area in order to bring more beautiful feelings into your life.
