Come and learn about the powerful fourth limb of yoga, Pranayama.
This workshop includes comprehensive information about the theory and practice of Pranayama – from preparation and setup to simple practices you can do at home. Pranayama does not only effect your nervous system, come and learn how it affects your whole life!
Students attending this workshop should have minimum one year of regular asana practice.
Please do not eat anything for two hours before class, and have your fingernails trimmed short.
