Eva started her yoga journey with a practice that was very body focused, until she found Purna Yoga.
Through Purna Yoga she learned that the body is but one important part of the wholeness that we are and our practice should include all parts of ourselves – after all Yoga is Union. With this understanding and the tools of Purna Yoga (Heartfull meditation, applied philosophy, nutrition and lifestyle) Eva nourishes all aspects of her life with Yoga.
Now as a 500-hour (RYT500) Purna Yoga Teacher she joyfully shares the gifts of Purna Yoga in her classes. Eva was trained personally by Tove Palmgren (2.000RYT) and Yoga Master Aadil Palkhivala, who is also a co-founder of Purna Yoga and known as the teacher of teachers.
