New Year’s Online Challenge with Nicola, Eva & Gabriel
Breaking Free from 2020 – From Mental Chaos to Inner Harmony
2020 has been one of the most challenging years for all of us. As this year ends and we enter a new cycle, we wish to invite you to it fresh and join us for this New Year’s challenge!
The New Year’s Challenge is crafted to empower you, while addressing your mental, physical and spiritual needs. We will help you feel alive, inspired, connected and strong.
The Challenge will include Heartfull Meditation, to start the new year setting your intentions and helping manifest them; Purna Yoga Asana and Pranayama to anchor this new year into your body; Nutrition and Lifestyle changes to encourage you to move from chaos to harmony in all parts of you.
After these 21 days of followed observation and work, with a focused and harmonious mind you’ll be able to set your path in the direction you wish to go. This is much more powerful than resolutions that we don’t necessarily keep.
Our challenge will be split into 3 weeks. Here is the schedule!
Saturday 2.1 (16-17): Lecture: “How to Train your Brain”. Begin this new year with a fresh look into your mind, learning how to free it from negativity and uncontrollable thoughts. You’ll learn how to ask the right questions to yourself, how to stimulate your mind with the right visions, and how to move from problem to solution thinking. With Nicola
Monday 4.1 (17-18) Meditation: “It all starts within” Meditation session with Eva
”It all starts within”- goes the saying, and so does this challenge. In this meditation session with Eva, you will clarify your intentions for the year and set the sails in your inner world, based on your previous session with Nicola. In yoga we know that action is the last step: thoughts and values, emotions are deeper, and therefore guide our actions. If we want to be masters of our actions we must connect with these deeper elements of ourselves.
Saturday 9.1 (13-14:15) Inspired Asana: “Becoming an Embodied Human Being in 2021”. Once your brain and your heart are aligned after the previous sessions, our next step is to become fully embodied. In this inspired practice you’ll learn a specific sequence of poses to realign your mind and body in a very short amount of time. Mental chaos comes from a disembodied being. Mental harmony arises when our body feels in sync. With Gabriel
Sunday 17.1 (18-19) Light on Breath: ‘’Breathing Light’’ is a meditative exploration of your body to regain balance and harmony after integrating the previous sessions during the past week.
We will use simple techniques of pranayama to plant the future into the present through your nervous system. With Nicola
Saturday 23.1 (13-14:15) Strong Softness: “Developing a Resilient Body and Mind” How to bring two apparently opposed qualities (strength and softness) as one? How do we teach our nervous system to become resilient? In this part asana – part lecture class, Gabriel will share with you specific practices for a realigned 2021, from sleep tips to lifestyle choices, from active asana to guided relaxation. With Gabriel
Sunday 24.1 (18-19) Closing Meditation with Eva ‘’Visualising as if it’s already there’’
Visualisation is one of the higher faculties of our minds. Yet, how often do we actually put it into use? Visualisations are powerful in creating new networks in your brain and ‘’paving the path’’, so to say, for the actual manifestation of what we visualise. In this closing session we’ll put it all together!
Here is all you need to know about our challenge:

Welcome the new day with a vigorous, safe and effective online practice that will leave you ready for whatever your day will bring. Early morning is one of the greatest times of the day to practice yoga and especially from your home, since the mind is more quiet and calm. Work your body through gentle and then powerful movements which will make you feel truly alive and ready for the day!
These online yoga practices include all elements that make for a balanced practice. Usually we work on one of the routines that warms the body. The practice includes a series of standing poses to develop strength and balance. We prepare the body for inversions and spend some time to detoxify the body and releasing the spine with twists as well as opening the body to feel more alive and joyous with back bends! So much joy in the middle of your living room!
Tuesday 17:15, Wednesday 10:00 and 18:30, Saturday and Sunday 9:15
Purna Core is a 75 min online class combining yoga and core training. It will make you feel energised, stronger and ready for the day!
Your core supports and stabilizes your body and is one of the building blocks of good physical wellbeing. A strong core allows you to move in any direction as well as to have proper balance. Strong deep abdominal muscles help you to keep your spine upright improving your posture and helping you e.g. with back-pain.
