It took me quiet a while to get used to them as I’m in general a very freezy person. But I always like to do sauna and a swim in the sea for the effect of the temperature change. That’s why I gave the cold shower a try and now I can’t be without it. Besides, some day I just forget it and then I feel completely different all day.
