The health of our menstrual cycle affects every bodily system we have. In fact, the menstrual cycle is also officially called the 6th vital sign; right next to your blood pressure, heart rate and body temperature. That’s how crucial it is.

Have you been taught what type of practices to include in each of the four phases of your cycle?
In this workshop, you’ll learn the foundation of your menstrual cycle and how your yoga practice is aimed to help bring more balance into your life by supporting your cycle.
We will go through each phase of your cycle and which poses to include in your practice. Also, how to keep yourself supported in group classes regardless of the phase of your cycle you are in. You will also receive a home asana practice to support your menstrual cycle.
