The state of your nervous system is a crucial player in your life. How easily do you become agitated? Are you often exhausted? When there’s a loud noise are you the first one to jump up? Is it difficult for you to relax deeply? Is your mind restless at night when trying to fall asleep? Your nervous system is a much more fragile system than what we understand in daily life. Once it is compromised the effects can show up as a very wide range of challenges. When your nervous system is strong and stable it becomes your best alley. It is very calming to be in the presence of someone with a tranquil and strong nervous system as this naturally emanates tangible confidence and peace. In this workshop, you will learn a sequence to soothe your nerves into equanimity, which you can use at home before going to sleep. You will also learn how to strengthen your nerves, an important step once calm is established. You will receive techniques to release the tension in your body, in your eyes (which have a lot of nerve endings and are under a lot of pressure with all the screen time!), and in your nerves. So get ready to fill your toolbox and relax deeply!
