Discover how you can apply the basic principles of Ayurveda in your daily life. Leave with practical knowledge, nourishing tools, and a belly full of balancing flavors.
Learn how to get the most out of your food choices as well as easy, natural ways to improve your overall energy, metabolism, and digestion. We will discuss Finnish and Indian foods as “medicine” that can have a transformative effect on your health, and specifically how to improve digestion and increase immunity through simple Ayurvedic recipes and remedies.
During the class, we will use a slow cooker, Ayurvedic spices, and organic ghee (clarified butter) to create a sattvic meal for everyone to enjoy.
Homemade pickles, chutney, yogurt and herbs will accompany the meal.
The vegetarian meal is lactose and gluten free.
