Would you like your child to learn yoga?This four days Yoga Camp introduces yoga to pre-teens & teens promoting a healthy lifestyle from early age.

The kids are introduced to the world of Purna yoga in a playful & fun way. They will learn to be aware of their breath, to become more focused through asanas and mindful games, to create body and emotional awareness and to build strength among other benefits. This is a perfect way to detach from the hectic everyday life and devices. 8 hours of yoga camp will include:

Breathing

  • The kids will learn the effect of the breath on the body

Physically

  • Sun salutations
  • Asana practice: standing poses, inversions, twists, back and forward bends.
  • Partner poses
  • Restorative practice
  • Yoga wall fun

They will learn to use their senses through different games

  • Be present through mindful games
  • DIY, we will make our own hand soap free of harmful chemicals
  • Eat in a mindful way (please bring a small snack from home).

Price: 120€, bring a friend a pay 105€ both
